Reservation Policy
A deposit of two nights is required for reservations of three nights or more.  Family reunions or other large groups require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  There is an additional charge for less than a three night stay.   Reservations made by check will be held for seven days to allow deposit to reach the resort.  There will be a charge for any damage to unit, cabin or furnishings.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:  Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation notice is given at least 21 days prior to arrival date, less 10% handing fee.  Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 21 days of scheduled arrival date.  No Refunds for early departure.  You are responsible for the nights you reserve.  Total balance is due on arrival.
